Phoenix Clean has been serving the Corpus Christi area since 2012. Owners Toby and Susan Ketter have over 20 years of providing services to the community.

Owner & CEO

Toby Ketter is a Veteran who has served in all industries in Corpus Christi, TX. He has over 20 years experience in business development. He also has vast experience with serving others in the community in residential and commercial capacities. His philosophy is to do great work and leave clients completely satisfied with every service. He is dedicated to improving Phoenix Clean with his experience and commitment to excellence. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.

Susan Ketter

Owner and Office Manager

Susan Ketter has 20 years working with the community. Her compassion and attention to detail helps her manage Phoenix Clean while providing the best customer service possible. She is responsible for all office procedures and uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations. She is dedicated to creating and maintaining long term relationships with customers and employees. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and taking trips to see new places whenever possible.
